316i Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 316i platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

These terms take effect from the date of your account registration and apply to all users of the 316i platform in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account or using any part of the 316i platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

316i is an online entertainment service accessible only to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 316i reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account pending verification.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after a change notice is considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 316i platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, with any balances subject to review.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. 316i will not be held liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your account credentials to a third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
  • Sharing your account with another person or allowing others to use your account.
  • Providing false information during registration or any verification process.
  • Attempting to manipulate or exploit any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system.
  • Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.

Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR

All financial transactions on the 316i platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via a range of supported local payment methods, including online banking, e-wallets, and other methods listed in the deposit section of the platform at any given time.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice. All deposits successfully credited to an account are final and non-refundable, except under circumstances specifically outlined in our refund policy.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stipulated for each selected method. 316i reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in special circumstances approved by management.

All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to their respective bonus terms, including rollover requirements and withdrawal limits. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent or unauthorised means will be voided without compensation.

Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Policy

316i reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
  • Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
  • Use of multiple accounts or manipulation of the bonus system.
  • Account closure requested by the user through official support channels.

If an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach and the decision of 316i management following an internal investigation.

Limitation of liability: 316i shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, server failures, or data loss. 316i's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the 316i platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of 316i or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from 316i.

316i reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via in-platform notifications or email. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Malaysian law governs all disputes arising from the use of the 316i platform, and any legal action must be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
